I have an ASUS TUF Gaming x570-plus (wi-fi) (am4) motherboard. I've been using this motherboard flawlessly for ~5 months, however, earlier today my Bluetooth stopped working and it's disappeared from the Device Manager. I've reinstalled the Bluetooth drivers and updated the MB bios, with no avail. I called ASUS and they said the only options II would go with THIS Intel latest model, but you also need to order the two wire antennae that attach to the spots marked 1 and 2 on the card -- look down below on the page to find those. I tried installing drivers from Intel website It did not work. following is the output of sudo lshw -C network : *-network UNCLAIMED

1) Get the latest BIOS. It's the topmost one on the MSI support page for your board. 2) Extract the file and you will get a text file and the BIOS file. Put the BIOS file into the root folder of a USB stick/drive. 3) Enter the BIOS by pressing DEL during boot, go to "M-FLASH" in the BIOS.

The Personal Computer.I have a windows 10 computer that I built with an MSI 970 gaming Motherboard and I am now trying to figure out how to add the option to add Bluetooth devices. I don't know if there was a driver that I missed, but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this. Thank you in advance. If OP's driver is not working, go to the armory crate software, log in (or make an account) there is an update there that you cant find on asus.com, let the software update all your drivers, restart, and boom!
